My clients are men and women who want to become a slimmer, leaner and stronger version of themselves.
They recognise that how they look as knocked their confidence and they want to get back to where they were before they gained weight and stopped exercising.
WHO WILL YOUR PROGRAMMES WORK FOR?
My programmes will work for anyone who wants to make a significant difference to their life, is committed enough to stay to the course and realise they need help and support along the way. What level of fitness you are at now is irrelevant… it’s about how much you want the body and confidence you wish you had.
WHAT TYPE OF PERSON DO I NEED TO BE TO MAKE THIS WORK?
You need to be willing to let me help you and to show you how to get to where you want to be. You need focus and to trust the process will work to become a fitter and happier you.
I’VE TRIED LOTS OF STUFF BEFORE AND NOTHING HAS WORKED. DOES THIS REALLY WORK?
My clients feel better about themselves very quickly. You won’t have done a programme like this before; I know this because if you have you wouldn’t need my help. Through my support and guidance I guarantee that you will see some major changes not only in your body but in your mind too. You just need to take the first steps and invest in yourself!
HOW QUICKLY CAN I EXPECT RESULTS?
To be honest this depends on the individual, if you’re willing to give this 100% and make positive changes to your life then you will see changes from the word go. I can guarantee from the first time we meet you will leave feeling on top of the world and ready to make some good positive changes. Once we get your mind set the body follows as you actually start to believe that you can do it.
IT SOUNDS GREAT BUT I DON’T HAVE TIME?
I believe if you see this as a priority you will make time. Think of this as if your son, daughter, brother or sister was asking you to go out and do something but you were not in the mood for it, you wouldn’t go. But flip that around if you got a phone call saying that they were rushed into hospital. Would you go?? Hell yes because this becomes priority. Again you’ve got to look inside before you start blaming other things.
DO I NEED TO BE FIT TO KEEP UP IN THE SESSIONS?
Definitively not. We will work to your fitness levels. This is something that is worked on in sessions and monitored very closely. I am one for pushing my clients out of their comfort zone but there is a point where we would stop and give you good rest time to recover before starting again. You just need to give me 100% every session and enjoy the process like so many before you.
DO I HAVE TO FOLLOW A SPECIFIC DIET?
No, everybody is different and everyone requires different help. We assess what will work best for you and show you effective ways to implement it into your day to day lifestyle.
DO I NEED A GYM MEMBERSHIP?
Certainly not. We are a home training company which means we can train you in your home, garden or local Park. This takes out the stress of travel along with feeling insecure about training in front of other people.
